"Saving Innocence" is Paper Weight Production's fifth installment in the Faceless Stories Series. Targeted on the raids and rehabilitation efforts carried forward by the leading NGO "Bachpan Bachao Andolan, it gives us not only a background on the various rescue missions carried on by them but also deliberates on the strategies involved. The visuals of young smiling faces which were once covered in slime, grease and tears are captivating and speak volumes about the efforts of these crusaders of saving childhood. What makes the video scintillating are the coming together of various organizations both political and non-political along with the administration in order to save both young children as well as old who are in labour of any kind, be it bonded or household, commercial or beggary. The video moves ahead on the theme that for these brave men and women nothing is more important than putting the smile on the faces that have been wronged. The video leaves us with the message of socially boycotting all those who pursue child labour and do our bit towards making this world a happier and safer place for these individuals. If nothing else, by just watching this video one could try and understand how much these children suffer and how important it is to do something about it. So, what are you waiting for? Go ahead and appreciate the work of these human-angels!
